Good Afternoon APWPS Families,
In an effort to maintain transparency, we are dedicated to keeping you informed as we work hard to evolve our program in this changing world. You will receive periodic emails containing information regarding reopening specific to our program.
Today, We have officially entered the green phase of COVID-19.
What does this mean for the preschool?
Childcare can open with guidance and schools will open subject to the guidance of Pennsylvania and the CDC while following LMSD.
What does this mean for APWPS:
- We are working on our program allowing us to provide an in person program for all classes.
- We are reinventing a good deal of our outdoor space (we have a lot) to keep everyone as safe as possible while encouraging socialization.
- The curriculum will adapt more outdoor activities to coincide with the academic portion of the curriculum.
We remain committed to working hard this summer to give you the best possible program under the new ever changing safety guidelines.
It will take a commitment from us all to make this work. Please continue to pray for a healthy peaceful world.
